One thing that we can ensure, is that we are reliable. If we say we’re going to do something, we do it. This is important because it builds trust. What you will notice when you call us or meet with us at your home, is that we are extremely competent in all things plumbing and well related. And if we can’t do it, we’ll direct you to someone who can. We have friends in related businesses who we would happily and confidently refer you to. Plumbing and wells is what we do, and we truly enjoy doing the work, as well as discussing any issues with you.
During regular business hours, you can expect for your call to be answered right away (although there are times when our hands are full and it might go to the answering machine, but not to worry – we returns calls promptly). After-hours calls are most often answered as well, and if not, we’ll return your call right away. We understand that some issues just cannot wait! Email is also a great way to contact us. We’re happy to answer plumbing and well related questions, as well as book appointments for service, through email.
